The Panthers were stopped just because US government was anti leftist. And as the communist fight for equalty, as a consequence they support Black people's struggle for their rights. So during the segregation, it wasn't acceptable for the US government.
The Panthers were not racist at all, they just responded to attacks from the KKK and the US policy at that time.
Revolutionaries from all over the world support the Black Panthers. We are all united for our causes : Equalty and justice.
