  • Lost 15lbs in 15 days went insane the craving for solid food was the most powerful thing i have ever felt and added salads to my dinner and still lost 25lbs in 4 weeks. Went from 1lb a day of weight with only liquid to half a lb a day with a veggie dinner. Only an 15 mins of exercise a day. Will be upping my exercise to one hour and having a solid veggie lunch. Hope to lose 40lb more.

  • @Charlie8417 You can check out that doctor's book Eat To Live- It even has recipes.

  • I am absolutely interested in this type of thing but I find it SO HARD to find actual dietary information on how to do it. What to eat, when to eat it type of deal. What Veggies and fruits are the best for you while doing this. What should you in at what times of the day?
