Matt.. technically, if the two blades are spinning at identical speeds.. the ends of the longer blades will be spinning faster than the ends of the smaller length blades spinning at the same revolutions per minute.

Why do you strain the sprout juice? Also, is that type of juicer (wheatgrass juicer?) better or one of the 'regular' type of juicers OK for sprouts? (I was looking at the Breville BJE510XL Ikon 900 watt)

hello again in and out of small boxes when video needs more stay; i was thinking over on why i can be so energized for strong dance or massage my music, after vegetation steeped to its purpose release... question quantity or with none wasted and maximized it is an amount that doesn't bog down the blood but what it can use
reminds me of more rightful blood's infusion versus transfusing which makes it nonsacred to each of us. from genesis 9 to acts 15 it's no permission ripe as every provision~

hello to the vitality that can rejoin granting, about pulsating time for our pulse. i am curious to have all care, then after caution is noted if you are blending make it effectual as you can yet to container form... defeating some thyroid builders unless extreme's news plastics mold that down.
re protein's quantity i'm confirming even cucumber, maybe especially its skin softened so inside's extra lush eg by combined moist veg overnights. we grow sunflower sprouts etc by those mixes. my song

Where do you get sprout seeds? I have only seen expensive kits online. :( I'm new.

yeah matt, i like my green juices w/ kale, collards, and swiss chard, beet green.
i'm not sure if flax or seseame seeds have much protein but the simple thing i do is shread the zuchini on a mandolin, coconut oil tsp, salt, and cayenne pepper, mix. then add ground flax and seseame and suinflower seeds and mix.
just had that with some dehydrated onion bread, oh my G-D, and of course a small plate of mixed vegies, that is like my new rice.
