At first, the guy who commands for 'eyes right' was someone from MP command.
Then it became an air force guy.
The one who commands for 'eyes front' was from guards
Then, it became a lady from the navy.
Can anyone explain why they have to switch?

@augpeh I believe you meant the right most guy. He is called the right marker. Well he is the one who is responsible for the whole contingent to march in line. When you tilt your head to the right, your body will tend to sway to the right. Thats just human nature.
