Three-time U.S. Martial Arts Hall of Fame inductee Al Simon shows seven simple exercises to increase Chi circulation to the fingers.
Al,
I need to shake your hand.
I've introduced finger qigong in 2 senior citizens classes and everyone loves it.
(no one, however, can catch on to the spiral qigong)
It also fits in well with something called "The Shanghai Hospital Exercise."

Thank you, Al. This came at just the right time for me. I fell and injured my hand early in November, dislocating three of my fingers. Now is just the time that I can begin massaging and do focussed finger exercises.

Awesome! Thanks for the free video. I am new to all of this but I felt the beneficial effects (Even though it was small since I am just starting) but they all felt great.
I type a lot and from a car accident have carpel tunnel problems in both hands compounded by arthritis and osteo problems. So the slow and steady used in these exercises is great! I know I will keep coming back until I can do them all from memory.
