@TheEuphony69 That why we call it an "As-is" sale.

@ThePolkadotbikini It kinda feels like when the clutch is slipping. Ha, like you know what that feels like if you don't know what a trans. slipping. It's like if you give it gas but it won't go anywhere or not as much power as usual. Like TheChannyj28 said, you'll know it when it happens.

@TheEuphony69 We spent $700 on a 1990 Bonneville and it ran GREAT. It was worth more than what we paid for it. Sometimes you get lucky. Obviously, this time, the P and her daughter, didn't "get lucky." Lol!

@ThePolkadotbikini Usually you can feel it going up hills. It'll kinda seem like it's going to stall and then not. It's weird and hard to explain, but you know it when you feel it.

what does she mean she felt the transmission slipping? what does that feel or sound like?

stupid lady. She says she grow up under arms of a mechanic yet dont know the standard process to buy a used car. She spent 1400 and she is expecting car to function well!!!!!
-
why would you buy a 14 year old jeep and not expect any problems is beyond me.

Um what is with that guy in the red sweater when Harvey asks questions. He is just staring blankly...kinda scary

@wompeter1 I didnt see any deception on the seller, but taking a mechanic to look at a car is only useful 2 a certain extent. A mechanic is good 4 the small things u can c such as brakes, power steering & the obvious. But any seller with any brains is NOT going to allow a mechanic he doesnt know to start pulling distributors & carbs 2 check out the things n a car that will really cost ya money. I disagree with the decission partially but also agree as well.

The P bought it for $1400 and ended up putting and extra $1700 into it. The Jeep is worth $2700 - $3200.
So the P just ended up paying the MAX for what it was worth, kind of a crappy deal but it's not that bad.
Good mom defendant.
Dumbass plaintiff.

What a moron mother, buying another Jeep for her teenage bimbo daughter after she rolls the first one. Jesus H. Christ. Next time she'll be buying a coffin and paying off a personal injury case.
