Demo of the trunk stability pushup for the Funcitonal Movement Screen.
Lay face down on the floor and place your arms so that there is a 90 degree angle between your upper arm and torso and also at your elbow. Proceed to perform 3 pushups from this position. Your trunk should remain solid the entire rep with no "inch worming" to help you get off the ground.
that is not the proper hand placement.
