i don't blame this barbarian who gave a bad name to egypt football all over the world.the rules says that the ref should send him to the dug out ,if he refuse it will be the duty of the 4 th official and the stewards to remove him,if all this fail by some kind of barbaric behavour it will be the police to overpower him and handcuff him.once again nos flics.....
