@elgozador I'll take the "low class, disrespectful" joy and positive energy that David brings to his profession over an impersonal, joyless, flying bureaucrat any day. There are plenty of those, and you can find them on most every other airline.

I approach my work with David's Spirit of Enthusiasm. There's nothing more uplifting than someone who chooses to pursue his/her work with smiles and fun.

Unfortunately, there will always be stiffnecked people who want to bring them down.
