I have practiced Bagua for 32 years now. In the other messages some people didn't understand what he was doing. We practice about the same thing. The whole body turning and coiling , and the twisting of the waist was very nice to watch. There are 64 movements and 64 methods or rules to this form. His students are lucky to know someone with deep knowledge.

This gentleman is VERY good. Where did he originally learn his bagua? I don't quite recognize it.

This looks like an adaptation of the "Original 8 Palm" from Jiang Rong Qiao. It's a mixture of Ba Gua and Hsing Yi. Nicely done though.
I don't know what he feels but it was very natural for him to do it like this, I think he is not making any effort, he is just flexible

we feel very lucky for the privilege of learning from him, not only as a martial art teacher but as a true model of humbleness and honesty
