  • Yep, just look at the show Biggest Loser. They're lifting weight, doing insane amounts of cardio, dropping tons of weight and gaining a lot of muscle. They mention things like, "you gained 20lbs of muscle so far."

  • Hi steve wanted to say thank u for all ur advice i love it and i started eating healthier and working out for two weeks now and i have lost 13bls i weighed 306 in the bigining weight and im curius about loose skin.. will i have it? how can i avoid it if possible? any help and advice will b deeply appriciated thank u once again!

  • @MrPimpjuice11 Loose skin may or may not happen depending on the individual. I tell epople to focus on the weight loss and IF loose skin occurs we can deal with it then. Keep up the good work.   • What is the point of weight gain formula? i have been told by many power lifters to increase caloric intake to increase in muscle mass. I dont think i can body build on a diet of only salad and chicken breasts.

  • Oh hello! Have you thought about the maximus muscle 247 workout (search on google)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my mate gained tons of muscle with it.

  • @BodyPerformanceTV I have been working out for a few months now and i am lifting heavy weights and doing fewer reps the problem is that my arms are getting thinner, before i started working out i had big arms, i think it was mostly fat, but now i have thin arms but i am still able to lift heavy weights, i have been taking whey protein since i started working out and whey protein doesn't make me hungry so i eat once a day and drink 8 oz of protein everyday. is what i am doing right or wrong???

  • @BodyPerformanceTV Actually, I wouldn't be surprised, but I don't doubt since they were so under-trained that they packed on quite a bit of muscle throughout their time on the show.
