It always bothered me that everyone bragged on Clapton, SRV, Hendrix, Beck and no one would ever mention Jeff Healey and he is as good as all the rest. They are all great in they're own way and Jeff is no different. I have seen him play with SRV and match him note for note, and thats saying something!
I miss him and his playing some kinda bad. Both of them.

@beatnikcafe Hi there, I'll make a guess that could be Mike Daley, who plays a guitar solo in one of Jeff Healey's swing jazz videos, "I'm gonna sit right down"... and write me a letter. It was posted by lindyhoppers, so see for yourself. Incidentally, Mr. Healey makes a small change to the lyrics in that video, to hilarious effect.

Thanks for posting this video, it´s a shame he has gone too soon like Amy Winehouse with a big diference I can be sure, he fight against been blind all his life and at the end against cancer and trying been a healty person, the girl with a great voice ruining his life like a junky and for that will be remember. For those who still loving Jeff, he´ll be forever in our harts, he was simple amazing like in this version of a great song, hats from Mexico City to Jeff
