Herzliebster Jesu, was has du verbrochen - Thank you, you bring out the "latent Lutheran" in me. My dad was the choirmaster and organist at our Evangelisch Lutherische Kirche in Koenigsberg (now Kaliningrad) when I grew up there in the 1930's. It is all gone, except for the memories. My job was to pull the bellows on the organ and to wake up dad at critical points after the very long sermon. Blessings, Hans-Juergen

"Ah, holy Jesus, how hast thou offended?" does appear in The Hymnal 1982 in the section "Holy Week."

It's my favorite Holy Week hymn.

please, when you could, upload the tune Albany, this is in the 1940 hymnal of the episcopal church, but in the 1982 hymnal is not anymore. In spanish we still sing it in the episcopal church of Guatemala.
