If your tenor wants to sing that loud, he needs to sing a lower part, your chords are all top-heavy Even the fullest of quartets have to be leary of the tenor volume. You want a pyramid not a column, chord don't ring if they are not in balance...tenors sing root octaves from the bass, many 3rds and many 7ths. The 3rd needs to be the least dominate, I can't tell that you know what part of the chord you singing, when you figure it out and get the rest to fillout the sound yiou can have fun
