what the hell are you all taling about? Americans, French, British, were all traceurs! It is not AT ALL in the spirit or lifestyle of parkour to say that other traceurs should train this way or that. clearly you are all noobs! and in no way is that a problem at all in pk, seeing as how it is VERY personal. just a lesson here to you guys...

Cant agree more. Just because your from another country doesnt mean that they arent as good. Maybe the Uk has more skilled traceurs but that doesnt mean that you can talk down on others.

@yuio64 the b-kick is cake compared to this. i learned my first time trying it. just watch a good tutorial and follow it closely. do it without any hesitation. there is no upside down time so its almost impossible to hurt yourself doing it.
