'La Raza' means 'THE Race'. Sotomayor is a major figure of La Raza. La Raza pushes for open borders, amensty, driver''s license, free education, free healthcare, free welfare for illegal hispanic immigrants. Sotomayor is a main pusher. Sotomayor says that the 2nd Amendment does NOT guarantee U.S citizens the right to bear arms. Obama is a gun ban/control fanatic, and Sotomayor will make gun ban possible. People are stupid as hell to think this woman is a good choice for the Supreme Court.

I think I'm just as concerned with President Obama's comments related to his understanding of what a judge's role is as I am with Sotomayor's comments. Why is he so concerned with a judge being able to stand in other people's shoes? When faced with two sides of an argument, will she try on both side's shoes and rule in favor of whose had it more difficult? I think upholding the constitution and the law is the main criteria, not empathy.

@YTMbrianpeppersND Well I also asked you to be more specific about the "real life" experiences that made Sotomayor a better candidate for the Supreme Court. Did you know that she totally butchered the case with the firefighters(ask me for details if you are not aware of this case), and the mass had to be cleaned up by other judges. Experienced judges said that promoting Sotomayor to Supreme Court was like letting a pilot who can't operate a Sesna fly a jumbo jet. I totally agree with that.
