Pretty solid for a vehicle that was never meant for this stuff!
-
@Trailvoy I hear ya, lol. My 1988 S10 4x4 p/u has 3 1/4" lift all around, with 33x12.50 Mud terrains. She gets around 12 mpg, but as you said, you have to pay to play. ;)

@Trailvoy no dissapointment...i was just saying, like you said i dont know everything you do
-
did the trail blazer get lower mpg from the lft and bigger tires
-
sick, wish these suvs had more parts out there
-
@Trailvoy Question about the front diff, what about the new H3, which does have a front locker? Is there any way you can install that e-locker on a front envoy/trailblazer?
-
you should see them both currently...
even more modded out!

With my current tires and taller lift, I'm around 10 mpg. Gotta pay to play.

6" lift and some lockers would be sweet lol

We have G80 lockers in the rear. Since it's a unique 8" ring gear size, nobody makes anything that fits. In the front, it's a unique ring gear - 7.25". We share this diff only with the H3, and they're screaming for an aftermarket locker, but - no.
Been calling lift mfrs for a bigger lift including a relocation bracket. They say there's no market, PLUS the design would be difficult because the diff is BOLTED to the side of the oil pan, and one axle goes THROUGH the oil pan. Evil GM designers.

@Trailvoy sounds like you shoul of gotten a regular blazer or a jeep

@34celticpride Sounds like you have no idea what else I do with this vehicle and how a Jeep would not have worked. Tow 5000 pounds; carry four people in comfort; daily driver. Vehicle choice is always a combination of factors, and fire breathing rock crawling is NOT this one's primary mission. Sorry to disappoint.
