Despite demand for satellites being greater now than probably at any point in history, times are tough for the satellite business. With twenty-seven percent of the aerospace workforce now eligible for retirement and fewer science graduates every years the industry is simply running out of staff. But with potential contracts worth billions of dollars on the table, satellite companies are scouring the globe for young workers to stop the brain drain and help them cash in.
