how many glasses do u drink a day?i know u have to drink 6-8 glasses but how much DO YOU drink? cuz i harfly can drink 4 glasses

:)) THANKS I'm on Day 7... just posted.. GREAT LUCK and mental strength to you. I haven't weighed myself yet... I want to.. but.. IDK I'm scared... scared ill be disappointed then fall or JUMP off the wagon.. I'm crazy like that... I think I will weigh myself on the tenth day and at the end of the weening off process.. I don't feel like iv lost a lot.. but idk.. I'm more into measurements.

:)) Cool... yes the warm water is helping me cope...I am uploading my day 1 video now... yeah the swf is intense effective and gross... i usually drink as much as I can a cup or two.. and them have some tea... the tea is good. so is the lemonade... keep me posted!!!
