Cynthia, I want you to know that you are not alone. I was a dancer before I was in an accident that gave me RSD. I can no longer dance but am trying hard to get back to my old life. I miss being a dancer and choreographer so bad. Keep the hope!!!

I am 24 and I have rsd. I was diagnosed when I was 12 after having broken my foot. Currently my rsd is in remission and I have little pain from it. However I still do not have full range of motion throughout several of my limbs because of it. I am lucky because the doctor who diagnosed me did his dissertation on rsd and recognized the signs immediately and I was able to start physical therapy and medication with a physical therapist that specialized in rsd therapy. I credit them as to the reaso

PAIN MEDICATIONS WITH RSD

@allThebestHits you are ignorant! RSD is a VERY real, VERY a painful disease. It is not in her head, it is a reconized neurological disease. Before you made statements that show how ignorant you are, since you are able to watch this, watch some of the doctors comments on this horrible ,painful disease, before you cast your stones. Cynthia has worked very hard to bring awareness to this disease. God bless her,for her dedication, and god Bless you ,and help you see the truth

@allThebestHits You should get a new job, find something you can be passionate and compassionate about. It sounds to me like you can't handle what you signed up for.

Life is just a balance of the positive and negative, pleasure and pain. Seek the truth to live in harmony with the balance. Search Truth Contest in google and read The Present on the homepage.

I've had RSD since I was10, I'm 15 now. This medical disorder isn't a joke and it is infuriating when people don't believe us when we try and to explain the pain. I had taken a nasty tumble and it resulted in needing just about emergency surgery on my ankle. Over the past five years my RSD has spread from my ankle all the way up to my hip. I walk with a cane. However, I don't let life knock me down. I found my talent with writing and drawing because of RSD.

please youtube "water cure nurse" - a woman cured of rsd. seems totally for real.
that's so sad that she had to give up her dancing classes.
It sucks being in that much pain. It also sucks when people don't believe you are in pain.

Such a sad, sad story! God, she stretched a little too far one day and her life as she knew it was suddenly over!
