  • Nice...Thanx

  • @RiseofBane keeping your arms straight is called a barbell pullover, doing what hes doing by keeping his arms at 90* is a barbell bent arm pullover, as for difference im not sure im guessing by doing bent arm pullovers you're able to go down further and get a better stretch

  • @almosthonest4221 did you even look at the comment i replied to? he is super light and only has dumbells. so since he cant go heavy, he should just go to failure. and he should eat as much as he can, since given his bodyweight he apparently isnt used to eating a lot. furhtermore, bodybuilders in bulking phase eat up to 30% fat.

  • @wubs23 the only prob with that is if your eating the wrong kind of food it can become fat as your body stores fats differently mainly the gut!! so you can get big but no definition!!! to look cut you have to lose body fat!!! so dont just eat and lift heavy!!!! not good advice dude!!! build up to heavy and concentrate on form and measure results by tracking in a note book!!! when you plateau...change the routine around!!!

  • so bend ur arm like that?? some people straight their arm when lifting.. whats the difference

  • wow is looks like a great exercise! >:D

    I'M EXCITED TO TRY THIS!!!!!!

  • @pronation1 EAT. the only way you can get bigger is by consuming more calories than you burn. 1kg gain is about 7700 calories extra. so however much you think you eat, eat more. and just work out with as heavy weights as perfect form allows you too, with as much reps as possible, since you only have dumbells. ideally 3 or 4 sets of 10-12 reps, but since you dont have heavy enough weights, just go to failure.

  • @pronation1 derp

  • very good form
