@RyDawg084 It was the drinking that caused the age progression just as you know. He did a bunch of Psychedelic drugs, and they did not do any harm to his body and organs.
Just like JimMorrisonProject said. It was the Alcohol that destroyed him and led him to an early death (along with a Heroin overdose).

I like the way Jim Morrison looks in the Hollywood Bowl (1968) footage. The heavy drinking that eventually killed him must have started in 1969 or so. Although I'm not saying he didn't already drink heavily in 1968, his alcoholism wasn't that severe a problem yet, because he still looks healthy -- unlike later years. Picture the young Jim (1967) to the old Jim (1971) and you'll note a very big difference in his appearance within a short timeframe.
