First off you don't even know the my capabilities. You know just know how to spell prosumer barista, but don't even know why it is called prosumer.

To the peanut gallery, for posterity:
A "prosumer barista" is a real term. It's a person with a $4k+ espresso machine that typically doesn't know how to use it, and routinely produces something akin to used motor oil with it.
The best espresso pulls on earth can be made with a $100 mechanical and a hand grinder if you know what you're doing.
