http://www.HillaryKelly.com Hillary Kelly Fitness. Women are often afraid of lifting more than just those 3-5lb weights.. Afraid they will bulk up. I can tell you that with 100% certainty U WILL NOT. these are my favorite to do Hammer Curls.
What makes you look bulky is if you do not burn the layer of fat on top. But with proper nutrition u can easily build muscle and build a Fat Burning machine. Adding muscle will boost your metabolism.
I started this 2 years ago added weight training and am now in the best shape of my life. I never thought after 2 kids I could get into a size 6. I went from a size 14 to a 4, 230 lbs down to 138. Lean muscle. I now help others do this too all from home.

  • You're pretty incredible!! I'm a guy, weighing 200 lbs. I use the same weight on hammer curls and can only do 10 on first set. Buy the third set I can only do 7 reps and that's pushing it. You have great arms.
