The Cushion Pack © CP428 Series 2 cardboard shredder is a rugged machine that is larger and shreds cardboard faster than the CP422. It is very similiar to the CP430 machine with the following exceptions:
- The CP428 has a smaller motor horsepower (3.0 kW vs. 4.0 kW)
- The CP428 throughput rate is slightly less than the CP430 (46 feet per minute vs. 52 feet per minute).
- The CP428 is lighter than the CP430 (610 pounds vs. 705 pounds)
