I don't think that is the point, u libs are all into technicalities when everything else fails - It seems that if you can't beat them you smear them, or in this case the messenger
I for one am sick and tired of this bullcrap

I see. So you find it perfectly justifiable to record people when they are unaware of it? Is that Republican integrity at work?

And FYI, I'm a libertarian.

You are a libertarian. Well good for you! Then you have no problem with any of this except the recording of people expressing their real feelings. After all, the buy was AWOL in Iraq! What an ass! And he's Jewish, too. Off with his head. Solandcb you make me sick.

Strange, a person who cares not for the liberty and privacy of his fellow citizens is what makes me sick.

"He who would trade his liberty for a little security deserves neither."

I don't have a problem with it. If you're speaking in a public setting, you have ZERO right to privacy. As a "libertarian" you should know that. I suspect you are a left leaning democrat but you say "libertarian" because you think it sounds "cool'.

Actually, it is only if you are speaking in a public meeting, not a public space. As a former journalist I know the rules, and recording and publishing the words of somebody who isn't engaged openly to the public is unethical.

maybe because people don't have to vote based on religion, BIGOT. and hey, way to compare obama to terrorists. YET AGAIN. mccain's got some pretty shady shit in his past too, but LIKE OBAMA, he's an elected official who has tried to help our country, so it's not appropriate to throw such hateful slander his way. why can't you people see that? by "you people" i mean not all mccain supporters, but the ones like you who insist on calling obama "osama" and other "BULLSHIT" like that.
