New Tastes, Product Safety on Menu at HKTDC Food Expo 2010

Tempting new treats, dollar noodles and onion wine are among the highlights at HKTDC Food Expo 2010 which opened 12 August in Hong Kong. An increased number of exhibitors are taking part in the event that is part of a three-fair, one-stop trade and consumer gathering catering to gourmet and health food, tea and Chinese medicine.
