  • This lift is probably a 2 out of 10 on the difficulty scale. The female kicks up, both legs, while rotating around the guys shoulder the female should land with her HIPS, not stomach, on the guys shoulder. If you feel pain in the abdomen, you are to far back, his shoulder is pushing into your stomach. You can correct it by scooting yourself forward.

    An important part is for the female to lift with her back and hamstrings, so she is arched up and supporting herself on his shoulder.

  • We clal this bird (but it involves bending the back legs up and having ankles crossed). We call angel the lift with the hands under the females arms holding her up with her legs down your back and spinning so her legs come of your back. Sorry sort of hard to describe in text.

  • Nice! I know the same move but we call it "The Angel".. Now I can teach it with the interchangable names... :)
