When the Rolling Stones first began playing, in 1962, they weren't a rock 'n roll band so much as they were an R&B band and it stayed that way until 1964. In their R&B years they never sang any original music (that came in '64 too) but, instead, covered songs by artists that included Chuck Berry, Bo Diddley and the Rev. Solomon Burke. The very origin of their name came from a Muddy Waters' recording titled, "Rollin' Stone."

I think it was Rolling Stone. About 2 weeks ago. I've almost not renewed my subcription the last couple times,,They get more Liberal and more Liberal.
