Kayaking on Lower Brazos River

We decided to head out on the Brazos River from East Columbia, Texas. There's a small county Kayak Landing that we used, right next to the historical landmark, Belle's Landing. The river's low, slow flowing, and calm right now. There was lots of fish activity and it was a fun short trip. We checked out a few landmarks and met a few people, we plan to do a longer trip from East Columbia to Brazoria really soon.
