After a really heavy downpour last week, the weather has been fine for a few days. Today there were wispy high-level cirrus clouds blowing from the northwest that inspired me to record a timelapse. Later on they were joined by some lower level clouds blowing from the northeast.

The mostly clear skies have caused the temperature to drop a little in the forest garden now (http://landed.weebly.com for more info) and the leaves on some of the trees are just starting to turn yellow.

Shot with a Canon A470 running CHDK. One frame every 6 seconds. Best viewed in HD.

  • @MrReggub Thanks - yes, great to have some blue skies for a while.

  • @princette Thanks Princette - it's getting cooler here now and shorter days, but we've got to wait until Halloween for our clocks to go back to GMT.

  • Smooth, well capture cloud sequence, good to see the bluer sky back for a short while over the Forest.

  • Thats great, you did it right until sunset. First day of daylight savings here
