Thanks to tians3: If you can't create a new theme then paste your sms wallpaper into an existing winterboard theme, it should work

@Fluffy12685 DO NOT pay for Cydia, you have to jailbreak to get Cydia and jailbreaking is free. Figure out which firmware you have and type in (example) ios 5.0.1 untethered jailbreak
