These are awesome. Have had mine for a couple years, very sturdy. I play baseball and it definitely helps working the forearm for arm speed.

It's a strange feeling when you first hold the dynaflex, probably because the muscles localized have not been worked out like that. But it's addictive and actually fun to use.
