@1EVLBRD350 not my car but dyno tune is needed with all his mods. if he didnt get a tune his car would be on the side of the road. A dyno tune v a can tune though is a very big difference. SOme canned tunes will hit the sweet spot but most dont. Dyno tune is the only way to go when you start porting the heads and upping the size of fuel injectors and what not.

I will try and rember most of it at that time, Ported LT4 heads & Intake,as&m 58mmTB,GM847 cam, 4:10 gears, LT Headders w/ORY, CF DF clutch,M/T dr's, Ported and !MAF,Edelbrock cat back,30#svo injectors,racetronix P&P-FP,Hotchkis subs,springs,&roll bars,started with a mail order tune by madZ28 then dyno tuned by Steve @ powertrain dynamics in HB, CA...aeromotive FPR and a hand full of other little things like that,brake kit ect............
