You should keep doing portraits because you have natural talent for it and you don't even know it. Freehand is usually difficult unless you have the subject in front of you. But don't make such a hard dark line to outline the tops of the teeth and the bottoms of the lower teeth( especially on a woman) because it looks like their teeth are black with decay at the gum line. Very nice work though.
