thanks for sharing! I was wondering what the standard size is? Im a noob, and think my hoop is too small. It seems like I have to work harder to keep it up.

@eyekandy7 There really isn't a 'standard' size hoop, it depends on your body type and etc. First make sure you have a real 'grown up' hoop, no walmart hoops or anything like that. Then, if its too thin, try a thicker tubing for more momentum. Also a better workout. :) Personally, I use thin tubing and a small 36" size because it's quicker and I can do more tricks. But beginning I used a 40" thicker tubing hoop, to learn basic hooping.
