While taking some time away from my job, I was in Wildwood, NJ last week. We were walking on the boardwalk and came across this big crowd standing around this guy..as we looked closer we saw these amazing paintings emerge from a blank sheet of poster board, several cans of spray paint, a couple pieces of paper and an old pot lid. We asked Josh to do the painting in this video for us, along with a personal U of M themed one, which is really cool. Sit back and enjoy..if you ever get the chance to see this live, it really is amazing!!! He produces the musing in the background..look him up and see what else he has done.

  • I was there the Monday after the hurricane and stayed for a week. Everything was fine but it's possible he decided to leave town early due to the weather.

  • @XDrummerSteve I can only assume then you have to go in June/July/August.

  • @Shiku7 Just returned from a week at the shore. J.M. was not there. In fact, the pavillion was vacant.

  • @middleschoolbeauty1O Thanks. I'm very surprised I've not seen him before. There is usually an artist at Douglas Pav doing pastel portraits. I have a crazy idea to have him paint a bass drum head for me...something very unique.

  • @Shiku7 I know it well...thanks. Aug. 28...beach bound!!

  • @XDrummerSteve like that guy said but he doesnt start until 8-830 pm. If you're walking down the boardwalk you cant miss the loud ass music coming from the pavilion and he's usually surrounded by a crowd. He's across from the Oxygen Tattoo and Piercing place.

  • @XDrummerSteve

Josh is located at the Douglass Pavilion this year. His painting go for between $40 and well over $400. He now paints of really cool easels. I bought a painting. Douglass Pavilion is located past the middle of the boardwalk. Hes AMAZING!

  • @bickly777 Can you tell me where this guy is set up? I go to the shore every year and I have never seen him. I am going down last week of August.

  • I saw him today it was amazing he did this one of a silver moon with a multicolored backdrop, I can't even explain it but it took him likw 4 minutes.

  • amazing work!!!!!!! i want this music now.
