hey xiphias, great dog but do you realize that nikko is giving you calming signals because he is annoyed with you? he is licking his chops often and yawns, specially towards the end by the window. calming signals are what dogs give each other to show that they are not a threat or to calm down an anxious dog. they also do it to humans. like licking, slow blinks, yawning, etc.when you see those and they are jot a result of eating or nap time they are telling you something. akitas rule. :-)
