As for the trinity- who could understand it anyway? "Essence" and "Person" mean the same thing. Look up "person" in Strongs (hoopostasis) and see they use they don't use the word 'essence' to define it. What does that mean? It means they are saying there are three persons, yet only one person, which is a logical contradiction. Plenty of scriptures show God has a body. Quoting scriptures that God is a spirit is only part of the equation. Do not spirits live in bodies?

These boys seem to confuse the Bible with fairy tales and believe that the Second Person of the Godhead,the Logos/Word appears sporadically and then disappears into a disembodied spirit,sort of like in Harry Potter. They need to stop watching Hollywood so much and zip their mouths around here,Lord know how much laughter they provoked so many on YT so far.

As to their knowledge of the Trinity...well,you've seen it.
