A Proper Cover of Alanis Morissette's "Ironic"

Oddly enough, I've known about this song since the seventh grade, when my teacher used it to teach us the meaning of irony. (By the way, in case you ever see this, this video is for you, Ms. "Rooster"!)Yet I've never actually wanted to cover the song. But when I became an official YouTube addict, making videos as well as watching them, I decided to do so.

However, as I watched the original music video and then the videos of other people singing the song, I felt like there was something wrong with the covers, not in the singing, but in themselves. Then I realized: the videos weren't true covers. They were simply videos of the people singing the song their own way. That wasn't enough.

So armed with my digital camera, Windows Movie Maker, four different outfits, and about two hours in total, I set out to make a real and true cover of the song and video. And this is the result.
