  • how much did it cost to have a custom h-pipe made

  • the whole thing costed about 700 and that was with labor and all that so about 350 or so im not real sure.

  • when you say custom h pipe. what do you mean?  they made it for you at the muffler shop?

  • yeah. i couldnt find a regular length h pipe for my car so i had a local muffler shop build me one and the rest of my exhaust

  • Damn, sounds good. Good choice on the flows, I'm running them on take-off exhaust.

  • You can't escape the sound of a six, no matter what you do. It comes down to the number of cylnders; your six might make 500 HP, but it'll still sound like a six. Look at Big Rig's; They have over 500 hp and have more torque than I can even remember, but you know what? They still have that buzzy sound because they're powered by a big inline six.
