BURRARD STREET BRIDGE BIKE LANE BOO-BOO THIS ONE MADE GLOBAL NEWS FEB 4TH 2010 APPROX!

Controversy over the Burrard Bridge and Hornby Street bike lanes just will not go away. Gregor Robertson, Geoff Meggs are at the root of the debacle, but Suzanne Anton abandoned the afflicted neighbourhoods and businesses in favour of pudding-headed compliance with a City council whose idea of due process is far removed from the democratic ideal. Global warming, sustainability, best practices become shibbolithec excuses for ignoring rational planning and neighbourhood consultation while rewarding special interest groups and campaign donors. Taxes are going up, and they're not coming down anytime soon folks. Freedom of Information FOI FYI barely exists anymore, as Penny Ballem forces out any and all who stand in the way of her tyrannical offices.

Nice to see that old lane used for the reason it was built again. Would be nice if our mayor was normal and drove a Cadillac or something. I think we'd all be happier had that bus hit the fool (and we all know anyone else would of been fined for doing what he did that day).
