Islam vs Jehovah's witnesses

Which is the true religion? Who has the true God? Could it be Islam? Christendom? Jehovah's witnesses? Well both Islam and Jehovah's witnesses say that Christendom has been rejected by God, so I guess that leaves 2 contenders to fight it out for the Podium of Truth. The easiest way to sort this one out is to inspect (something both religions despise) their medical teachings. God being almighty and knowing all secrets of the universe, his medical advice should be exact. So the religion that has the perfect medical advice should therefore be the TRUTH.

@TheScrewedGeneration Many Men wrote the Bible. Each had their own book. The bible is just a book compiled with everyone's book of their own personal story. Most of them never knew Jesus but knew of him. Most is just hear say. And there are a lot of books that was left out for reasons unknown during translation of those books. The witnesses do not give medical advice.  They do respect the bible prohibition regarding the use of blood. The objection to serum injections was that they contain blood.

@TheScrewedGeneration It was said that the bible was corrupt. If you read it, you can see that it's missing a lot of books and there are thousands of versions out there. And then Came the Quran the final testament of God. There only One Quran in many different languages.
