  • how do you control in this game anyway?if its good then maybe Nintendo can do something similar for Star Fox Wii

  • Well Star Fox is on rails and this is open like all range mode. I love the controls, but think they may not work on SF.

  • So what are looking at for multiplayer options for this game?

This game looks awesome; I do really hope a localization is in the works sometime as my Japanese is basic at best.

Are the controls extremely smooth, intuitive, or do they take some getting used to?

And difficulty? The more difficult the better...

I have about a million questions, but really can't find a lot of info on this game. I guess import may be my only option, but I hate to waste money if it isn't so good.

  • I really think the controls are awesome. They take time to get use too, but once you do. It feels more like a real plane sim. I believe it's a single player game. It worth a buy, or just Homebrew it.

  • Watch in HQ for best Picture.

  • It's a fucking videogame...

  • Additionally, NO pilot would ever, EVER dogfight with his ordinance still attached. You ALWAYS drop your bombs and fuel tanks when you go into a furball. ALWAYS.

  • I guess it's simply to keep the game flow extremely fast paced and action oriented.

Hopefully, the controls are intuitive enough to be able to pull off the same such maneuvers without the use of this gameplay mechanic, because you don't HAVE to use it.

  • The replay mode is pretty cool. Gets hard to track movment in large clusters it seems (unless you have the option to pause and tilt the cam when you want, then again...would you ever really care THAT much?).

  • what you say makes pretty good sense, though this is a game based on an anime so I don't think a real flight sim would work too well, think more macross games and it might make more sense. the controls won't be as intuitive as a setup on PC but it's not bad for a console at least.

  • This is not a real flight sim.

Combat games that do maneuvers FOR you make me sick.
