@daewen6 You're wrong.Look at the kentucky hunting laws for muzzleloader or modern gun deer seasons

I don't think two days of hunting is a lot of time to put into hunting a buck!

Nice Buck!

You don't get it!! Where is the sport if you are cheating? He has an advantage over other ETHICAL hunters. Not to mention if someone was on the other end of that field and did not SEE our hunter in question. A few stray bulletts in his direction would have him waving that Longhorn hat for all it was worth!! Ten Cents!! lol!

That doesn't mean he poached the animal. It means he didn't conform to Kentucky Laws on wearing orange. I don't think if a game warden were to have seen him, take him to jail for poaching, he would have wrote him a citation for the absense of an orange vest.

How did they poach a deer?

Sorry hoss you have to wear an orange HAT and VEST! That's the law and most of us abide by it. NOTICE TO ALL POACHERS!!!! You must wear blaze orange on your chest and back as well as you head! READ THE RULES!!
He has to have a vest on too, thats the State law.You just cant have a hat on only.

If you'll look @ the video in the blind, when the guy takes the shot he is not wearing his orange vest. When he exits the blind.. POOF!! He MAGICALLY had on the correct amount of hunter orange required by Kentucky state Law. Even concealed in a blind, you must wear orange
