Excuse me,,, most of the title holders do not know how to peak englih, they just learn it as they continue their duty as Ms. Universe...It doesnt matter if you speak english or not...This is not an English Speaking Contest...

The scores were back to zero again after the swimsuit and evening gown...so determining Ms. Universe is all based on the Q and A and stefania answered it intelligently...Dominican Republic's anwer is good but not deep...

I totally agree with you. That stefania doesnt deserve to win! Her scores were not even higher than miss dominican's!

Stafania walked awful, the gown is horrendous and she has no WOW factor.
