  • Would you recommend I do bodyrocktv work outs on top of my gym session? I'm afraid this will be too much and I will not have enough energy for the morning work outs.

I'm 5'2 and currently weigh 123pounds. I have already lost 26 pounds but am platouing at 123, and my goal is around the 110 mark.

Should I replace my 15 min floor work out session with bodyrocktv in hope that it will shape up my tummy and arms?

If you can share more detail about your training routine I would love that :)

  • @danmia08 Just only incorporate a few of their core exercises like pushup, pull ups, climbers and burpees to what u do inbetween each excercise with weights. Like if I am flat benching i burn out my chest by doing 8 pushups on my rest and then do bench & come back 2 that or do jumping jacks in between. I do weights and then do burpees. Still keeping ur workout the same without over training just fun by taking one of 2 excercises each day and adding it to what.u do already with weights

  • @Vfare36 I train 5-6 days a week 2 of those days I do no weights &focus on cardio. 1 day I may do 30 min bike -10 min stepper, 10 min stairmaster, the next time depending on how I am feeling I will do no cardio machines & just do plyometrics like bodyrock tv. I take my gymboss timer for 1 minute jump rope real fast next jumping jacks real fast for a minute, then next climbers, for a minute, Then puhsups for a min so on & so forth & u don't need no gym for that so thats the best part.

  • Hi, I loved watching your video. Your body looks amazing, definatley inspirational. I espcially love your upperbody, the definition in your arms, shoulders and back is so beautiful.

Can you give more detail about what you do to work out your upper body? What is your gym routine exactly?

I work out 6 days a week for 1hr, half of it is spent on cardio (10min bike, 10min treadmill, 10min rowing) the other half on weights and floor work, but I want to target my upperbody especially. Any advice?

  • @danmia08 Thats about how I workout. I do compound exercises that allow me to u other muscle groups at the same time. I do alot of push ups everyday even if I do not goto the gym.I do them at different elevations. Also pull ups is what really has my back and arms so toned. With my regular weight training. I keep my workouts simple. Always doing something different and keeping it fun. I do pulley exercises also. Great for toning. I only add a few things to my workouts from bodyrock tv.
