What is the definition of "private", private from search engines (robots.txt, etc) or private by way of viewer authentication? In other words, If users make it private, will the personalized link still work if it is emailed out to recruiters?
It's not private if the CV (& all its personal data) can be found through search engines like Google. But if the CV is made "private," won't employers have to go through some extra steps to see the CV? If so -- let's face it -- they won't bother.

Sounds great, but I have some concerns.
It's not private if the CV (& all its personal data) can be found through search engines like Google. But if the CV is made "private," won't employers have to go through some extra steps to see the CV? If so -- let's face it -- they won't bother.
