Hi, I am Mayor Ron LeLeux. For the past eight years, through good times and bad times and all of those days in between, I have been a leader that you can count on.

We have kept our promises. We have always put people above politics, we have surrounded ourselves with the best and the brightest, and we have gone to work each day to make the City of Sulphur the very best that it can be.

Drive around and you will see new businesses and restaurants that were not there before. Come to Christmas Under the Oaks, the Heritage Days Festival, and other gatherings at Heritage Square that were just mere dreams years ago.

With your help, we have taken an historic building ravaged by Hurricane Rita and made it a beautiful new City Hall. And just recently, we took another historic building across the street from the new City Hall and turned it into a state of the art Municipal Business Center for your convenience. both buildings are yours they are paid for.

We didnt accomplish these many great things alone we did this by working together and together we can truly make Sulphur everything we want it to be. As long as I am Mayor, we will never settle for second best and we will never take a backseat to anyone.
