I watched the footage and these officers were indeed at fault. This series of videos is pointless and further example of the contempt the OHP Troopers. I could count four strike upon the citizen that presented no sign of threat or violence. This is yet another sad example of the Police State of which the person within the system are so indoctrinated that many, not all, actually believe they are within the law.

with the paramedic the stop was legal, the ambulance wasnt running hot(lights and sirens code 3) it has to obey traffic laws it should have yielded. as with the other incident the man wouldn't comply when given an order... the troopers did what they r trained to do gain control of the situation by use of force.
